    Web Design Services w/ Email Setup

    Don't have time to setup your new website?  We'll do it for you!

    We understand that running a business is very time consuming
    and some of our clients just don't have the time to go through
    setting up a web site, or want a pro designer to do it for them.

    That's why we offer a web design service to fulfill those needs.
    Please keep in mind that our designers don't read minds & will
    need key information from you to design your new website.

    Some of the basic information we'll need:  Company / Site Logo or image (.jpg is preferred); page titles & text for the
    corresponding pages, business info (address, phone #, Fax #, Email (if you want to use an existing address); images,
    business type (we'll use designs / templates that fit your business category) and any other info you'd like added.

    Basic pages on a web site:   Index (home page) - About Us - Products - Services - Contact US - Clients / Testimonials
    Menu - User Agreement - Privacy Policy - Site Map - and more.  We can create any type of page you'd like.

    Basic web design services are billed at $1 per minute, plus the cost of any desired specialty scripts or add-ons. 
    Hosting and domain costs are not associated with design.

    How long will it take to build my site?  That all depends upon if you have all the info ready to go, how much info & how
    the info is displayed.  Usually we can setup a typical site within 1 week or less!  Please note:  This service is for
    typical web site design.  We can't build you an eBay, Facebook or any other complex scripted site.  What we can do:
    We can install a shopping cart program (CubeCart) where you can easily create item listings, or we can install any
    scripts listed on the home page.  These scripts will add dynamic features to your site. Features like: Live help,
    support tickets, auctions, shopping carts, forms, surveys, discussion boards, YouTube videos, eBay / Facebook links,
    image gallery, FAQ & more!

    PayPal payment buttons:  We can create PayPal payment, cart, subscription or donation buttons if you have a PayPal
    account to receive the payments.  Max of 10 buttons.  If you have a large inventory of items for sale, we'd suggest the
    CubeCart program as it can be setup to send payments to a variety of payment providers (PayPal, 2Checkout & more).

    Our web design service does not typically include item listings.  If your company offers a minimal number of items
    for sale then we can create your item pages (each item = 1 page).  If you do decide to use one of the automated
    scripts, like CubeCart, we'll fully setup the application, re-configure with your logo & text and we'll provide you with
    admin login info on how to easily create listings through the application.


    Ready to get started?  Grab some paper and label each sheet with a page name.  Example:  Contact US
    next, roughly layout the structure, text and image placement for each page.  Create a box where each image will be
    placed & label the box (image 1, image 2, ext).  This way we'll know where to place each image.  When planning
    your sites structure, keep in mind that it's usually used on each page.  Example:  Top header, left navigation, center
    body & bottom.  If you'd like to keep your pages wider, we can put the navigation under the top header.

    Create a new folder on your computers Desktop.  Copy all the images into that folder & re-name the images to match
    the box labels (image 1, image 2, ext.).  Next, type up each page using Microsoft Word or any other typical word
    processor & save each file as the page name.  To ensure we can open your files, save format as Microsoft Word default
    of .txt format.  Move each saved page into the folder on your Desktop. Once you have all the info in your folder, come
    back to www.live365sites.com and purchase a hosting package & domain name.  Once your account is setup, return
    to this page and follow the steps below...
    Review all your text and images for accuracy, make sure all is in desktop folder.  Attach your desktop folder to an
    email and label the email "my web design info" on the subject line.  In the email body, include your domain name &
    contact info & send to: admin@mylive365site.com.  Mail us your layout pages (or scan and email) to the address below. 
    We'll copy your text from the file onto your website pages w/ the images laid out to your design.  We'll let you know that
    we received your folder & mailed layout design and we'll get started designing your new site immediately. 

    We can accept text from printouts, then re-type to your site.  However, this can increase design time / cost, so it is
    best to pre-type all your text then email it to us in the attachment folder. 

    There is no way to project total design cost as each website is different, requiring different details, scripts, ext. 
    What we can say is that we're less expensive then most other designers.  We charge only $1 per minute for web design,
    MOST other designers charge $2 per minute and up.  Your saving BIG MONEY by choosing us for your web design.
    Easy, small sites like Pizza Shop shits with only a few pages, no scripts or any fancy layout work, can typically cost
    under $500.  Most of the sites we design, with 10-15 pages, simple scripts, forms, ext. typically cost between $1000 &
    $1800 and take less than 14 days to complete.  Save 5% with a home page link to Live365Sites.com

    Please note:  A minimum deposit of $500 is required to start design work on your website.  This deposit is NOT
    refundable, and will be deducted from the Web Design Order total.   Any remaining balance not covered by the deposit
    will be invoiced at the completion of your website and will become due in full within 30 days.  Mail deposit / balance
    payments to our address above.  If you have a budget for your project, let us know before the start.  Removing items
    ADDS to the project cost! ($1 per minute add or remove)

    Future changes, additions, removals, text revisions, ext. are available anytime by contacting us.  Billed at $1 per minute
    with your hosting / domain invoice.  **Small revisions**
